DAY 1
I collect statements, receipts, invoices, and other documents for the previous month.
DAY 2 - 14
I do all your bookkeeping and accounting adjustments.
DAY 15
I deliver your management report, which includes your balance sheet, income statement, AR aging statement, AP aging statement, and cash flow statement.
DAY 16 - 31
The last half of the month, I cover whatever questions you have. If meetings are included in your package, we can meet live!

FAQs
What is bookkeeping?
Bookkeeping is the process of maintaining complete and accurate books for your business. At a minimum, this includesransaction categorization, reconciling bank, credit card, and other payment accounts, receipt documentation, and other balance sheet reconciliations.
Can you prepare my taxes?
I do not currently offer tax preparation. However, I liaise with whoever files your taxes, ensuring efficient communication and filing. I can also refer you to a few of my trusted CPAs upon request.
What accounting Softwares do you use?
Xero & Quickbooks Online
What are the consequences of bad accounting records?
You risk the following (at a minimum): missed deductions, tax penalties, loan & financing rejections, and inaccurate business decisions .
Unless mistakes and errors are corrected early on, they can tend to snowball down the road, and amended returns and costly bookkeeping clean-up may be necessary anyways amended returns.
